Onion soup to warm you up this winter: Chef Asaf Gabbay adds another especially comforting winter kick to the menu of "Chez Vivie" restaurant, his famous onion soup.

The onion soup is based on a rich, deep beef broth, melted provolone that adds depth and smoky flavors, and a crispy brioche that soaks up the soup while still maintaining a perfect crunch. It's a dish that feels like a short trip to France and at the same time is the most accurate for Tel Aviv.

Now, the onion soup is added to the menu at 58 NIS, as a warming addition or as a perfect opening to an intimate dinner, just in time, and arrives exactly in the week when the rain and coolness arrive to us.
