From Tallinn to Tel Aviv, for the 13th Time: MustonenFest, an Estonian-Israeli Music Festival
Enjoying the unifying power of culture: MustonenFest, the long-standing festival, is a unique Estonian initiative by the beloved conductor and musical director Andres Mustonen. This year as well, it brings the best soloists and ensembles from Estonia who join leading local forces for an exciting cultural encounter with Israeli audiences across the country. Despite all the challenges, Estonian artists continue to come to Israel out of a true sense of mission to make music, perform excellent concerts, and allow us all to enjoy the unifying power of culture.
This year's festival program: especially rich and diverse, ranging from magnificent oratorios by Handel and masterpieces by Mozart and Verdi, through the spiritual world of the renowned Estonian composer Arvo Pärt, to sweeping fusion performances combining Nordic jazz, oriental music, and innovative arrangements of classics. All performed with vitality and hope, in the free spirit of Maestro Mustonen.
