EL AL Reopens its TOP PLATINUM Lounge Following Renovation
Following a significant renovation and upgrade, the Top Lounge in Terminal 3 has reopened for EL AL's Top Platinum customers, as part of a move to enhance the service experience for the company's premium clientele.
The lounge underwent a comprehensive refresh including new seating areas, quiet workspaces, spacious hospitality zones, and advanced infrastructure. As part of the upgrade led by the "Orly Shrem Architects" firm, which specializes in luxury space design, collaborations with leading companies were integrated. These include Pitaro Hecht, which provided luxury furniture from international brands; Samsung, with an advanced screen system; and HeziBank in the field of flooring and wall coverings, all as part of creating a meticulous, modern, and high-quality hospitality experience.
Levy Halevy, EL AL CEO: "We are constantly working to upgrade the flight and service experience for all our customers, and specifically for our Top Platinum members. The upgrade of the Top Lounge is intended to create a hospitality experience felt in every detail from the moment one enters, setting a high standard for our premium customers."
