First in Israel's Luxury Assisted Living Sector: The Longevity Track
The 'Ad 120' chain, which has championed and led the Longevity trend for successful aging for seniors in recent years, is partnering with Ichilov Well—a subsidiary in collaboration with the Ichilov Medical Center and the Movement Group, which focuses on preventive medicine, healthy lifestyle, and health promotion—to offer its residents the first personal and group Longevity track of its kind in Israel for seniors.
As part of this initiative, the 'Ad 120' Tel Aviv complex will for the first time offer its residents a 3-month personal Longevity program that combines physical activity, nutrition, fall prevention, cognitive preservation, strengthening mental and social resilience, and monitoring success metrics under the supervision of leading professionals from Ichilov Well. Additionally, 'Ad 120' Tel Aviv residents participating in the program will receive guidance and follow-up on success metrics for a full year.
The Longevity track at the 'Ad 120' Tel Aviv complex will offer residents a guidance program based on sports, nutrition, personal training, professional enrichment, and a full support envelope with professionals accompanying the project and the residents personally—from exercise physiologists to clinical dietitians and sports coaches. For every resident at 'Ad 120' Tel Aviv who takes part in the unique Longevity track, a personalized training plan will be built based on preliminary tests conducted at the start of the track, such as: physiological assessment by a physiotherapist, nutritional assessment, and height and weight measurement.
The Longevity track at 'Ad 120' Tel Aviv will include a variety of sports activities, such as: Reformer Pilates, gym training, walking groups, pool release exercises, Feldenkrais and Chi Kung practices, infrared sauna relaxation, alongside nutrition workshops tailored for seniors and enriching guest lectures in various fields.
Additionally, 'Ad 120' Tel Aviv residents participating in the unique Longevity program will ensure weekly practice at a first-of-its-kind brain function improvement and cognitive training center located within the complex. The center operates in collaboration with Dr. Itzhak Ben-Shachar, a psychologist and researcher in cognitive training for memory improvement for the elderly from Bar-Ilan University's Department of Psychology, Cognition, Emotion, and Brain track.
The unique Longevity track at 'Ad 120' Tel Aviv will be accompanied by a first-of-its-kind course in this field, which will provide residents with an in-depth introduction to the Longevity concept, including up-to-date knowledge, practical tools, and daily habits to help them live long, healthy, active, and meaningful lives. During the course, residents will be exposed to various topics, including: maintaining physical and mental health, movement and adapted physical activity, longevity-supporting nutrition, strengthening cognitive abilities and brain training, stress management and personal resilience, creating meaning, curiosity, personal development, and strengthening social ties and a sense of community.
The course will be led by Yael Haviv, a therapist and lecturer for seniors and owner of the brand 'Meetings at the Peak of Age,' alongside leading guest lecturers in the field, such as: Dr. Dana Peer – dementia specialist, Ruti Atzmon – technology and progress, Bobby Steps, Hadar Klein – nutrition and longevity, and Orna Yariv – PhysioClinic, on the skeletal body and posture.
Tomer Rosenberg, CEO of the 'Ad 120' chain: 'As a chain that has led the world of Longevity for seniors for several years, we are proud to launch, together with Ichilov Well and the Movement Group, a special track for 'Ad 120' Tel Aviv residents that will allow them to enjoy a personal program built for each of them with the goal of preserving functional independence and extending their healthspan. In this unique Longevity track, 'Ad 120' Tel Aviv residents will benefit from personal guidance by top-tier professionals from Ichilov Well who will oversee their progress and ensure they meet the success metrics set for each of them.'
Eli Dahan, Chairman and CEO of the Movement Group: 'Instead of waiting for the future, we are building it today together with the 'Ad 120' chain. This partnership is a turning point in how the Longevity field is perceived—a combination of preventive medicine, science, and an active lifestyle. Our goal is clear: to enable every resident not only to live longer but to make the most of every day at the peak of vitality, energy, and quality of life. We are proud to lead this revolution together with the 'Ad 120' chain.'
Yaron Ben David, CEO of 'Ad 120' Tel Aviv: ''Ad 120' Tel Aviv is the leading and most prestigious Longevity residential complex in its field. This leadership carries a great responsibility and requires us to serve as a "flowing spring" and a lighthouse in the formulation, implementation, and assimilation of the Longevity concept. When we sat at the drawing board for the Longevity-Team project, it was clear to me that it was right to join forces with professionals from the leading bodies in the field – Ichilov Well and Movement – to produce the best product for our customers. Indeed, we are proud to produce a pioneering track that will be tailored like a personal suit for each customer with the intention of extending their healthspan and preserving their functional independence. This project accompanies the set of tools and activities we provide to our customers as part of the Longevity concept, including: a cognitive gym, mindfulness and wellbeing workshops, Reformer Pilates for seniors, an extensive cultural program, and more.'
