Free Artistic Attraction at Kfar Giladi Hotel

Kfar Giladi Hotel, in collaboration with Zumu Museum, offers art attractions and events for the whole family during the Hanukkah holiday, including: special creative workshops, art tours for children, and a festive candle lighting ceremony every evening.

Hanukkah activities of the Zumu Museum in Kfar Giladi will be held for the general public, free of charge, near the hotel, on the chicken coop path in Kibbutz Kfar Giladi, from December 14th to December 21st, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and will include various attractions and events: light workshops, music events, dance and theater activities, guided tours for the whole family, film screenings with popcorn, meetings with artists, a radio activity in the museum, a gallery talk with the participation of exhibition artists, and a festive candle lighting ceremony inspired by works of art will be held every evening.

Also, during the Hanukkah holiday, the "Compass" exhibition will be presented, which includes more than 60 works of art of all kinds and deals with the attempt to return home after the war. Among the many works that will be presented in the new exhibition, you can find works that accompanied the emergency teams of the various kibbutzim, works that documented the farmers of the area at their work, works that document the voices and stories of the various communities, and even works that bring to life the washing machines in the abandoned laundry.

The Zumu Museum in Kfar Giladi will be open during Hanukkah to the general public, free of charge, 7 days a week, when alongside the exhibition, an extensive and diverse public program will be operated in the museum, during which an event of music, dance, theater or community activity of this or that kind will take place almost every day.

During Hanukkah, there will be a collaboration between Kfar Giladi Hotel and the Zumu Festival, as part of which hotel guests will enjoy unique hospitality packages, tours of the place, creative workshops for the whole family, and more.

The Zumu Museum's Hanukkah activities in Kfar Giladi will be held in parallel with the hotel's holiday activities for the whole family, including: face painting, magic shows, musical performances, and more.
