New Appointment: Adi Nevo Appointed General Manager of Carlton Tel Aviv Hotel

The Carlton Tel Aviv Hotel announces the appointment of Adi Nevo as the hotel's General Manager. Nevo, one of the senior figures in the Israeli hospitality industry, brings with him over two decades of experience in senior management roles at leading hotels in Israel and abroad, alongside advanced academic education. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale strategic processes, managed complex systems, and driven teams toward service and operational excellence.

In his most recent role, he served as the Residential Sector Manager at Ariel Properties Group (Electra), where he led large-scale activities covering hundreds of thousands of square meters, extensive budgets, and direct management of managers and teams. As part of his role, he led efficiency processes, management development, and continuous improvement in customer and partner satisfaction metrics. Previously, he served as the General Manager of The Drisco Hotel in Tel Aviv, a 5-star Superior luxury hotel and a member of the Leading Hotels of the World organization, where he led the hotel's operations, including establishing opening teams, budget management, and implementing international standards of service and quality.

Additionally, he served as the manager of the David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem, where he managed an array of hundreds of employees and led moves that resulted in an increase in occupancy and profitability, alongside consistent improvement in service metrics and hotel rankings. Over the years, he held a series of key positions at the Dan Hotels chain and was a partner in the establishment and leadership of the Ritz-Carlton Herzliya. Nevo is characterized by a broad systemic vision, leadership and guidance capabilities, expertise in customer experience management, and building outstanding teams, along with rich experience in managing budgets and complex processes in the hospitality industry.
