Anat Maltz's film has become a success story. About two months since its release, it has been seen by over 35,000 viewers, and the film continues to be shown in theaters nationwide.

The Israeli film "Real Estate" (Hebrew: Nedlan Sipur Ahava) was released in theaters at the end of March. Two months after its release, it has drawn over 35,000 people to cinemas and is still showing in many theaters across the country. In this day and age, this is undoubtedly a great achievement for a film.



This is the debut film from director, screenwriter, and editor Anat Maltz, starring Leib Lev Levin and Victoria Rozovsky. It covers 24 hours in the life of a Tel Aviv couple forced to leave their crumbling apartment in Tel Aviv and search for an apartment in the man's hometown, Haifa. It is a story of great love, approaching parenthood, tensions, fights, and everything related to apartment hunting.



The film won the Best Film award at the Haifa Film Festival, as well as the Best Screenplay award.



Immediately upon its theatrical release, the film was warmly received by film critics and earned enthusiastic reviews. It appears the general public has not remained indifferent either, charmed by the film and the moving performances of its main actors and many supporting actors, led by Sara Vino-Elad.



Anat Maltz - is working on a new project. Leib Lev Levin - the film's star, has filmed several series that will be released soon, participated in filming in Nepal for a new movie, performs at the Gesher Theater, and is set to take part in additional projects. Victoria Rozovsky - has participated in several series that will be released soon.



"Real Estate Love Story" was produced by Itai Tamir – Laila Films. Distributed by Nachshon Films – Nitzhona and Ronit Gilad.
