And the Winner Is: Noa the Leopard, representing the value of family, won the elections at the Ramat Gan Safari
Ramat Gan Safari announces: We have a winner! Noa the leopard won the elections at the Ramat Gan Safari with 47% of the votes.
And we, the Cooper family—children and adults alike—are excited to share that we met the lovely Noa the leopard's future husband, a handsome Persian prince. We hope, along with the Safari staff, that the two will soon establish future generations for the leopard family at the Ramat Gan Safari.
The competitors in the Safari elections were: Noa the leopard, La Petite the elephant, the parrots Khal and Khamisa, Momo the tortoise, and Lucas the gorilla. Our experience as a family, beyond the joyful celebration, was discovering (again) that at the Ramat Gan Safari, this election campaign was conducted in a positive atmosphere, with much love for the animals. Even those who did not win the elections will continue to be loved by the voters and all visitors.
Democracy celebration at the Safari: After four years without elections, the beloved tradition returned in a big way! A colorful, happy, and creative happening with election songs, signs, campaigns, and lots of love for animals. At the conclusion of the vote count, Noa the leopard, representative of the carnivore department, is the big winner with the value of family.
Kudos to the Safari staff: A particularly festive election happening took place at the Ramat Gan Safari, bringing back one of the Safari's most beloved and amusing traditions after a four-year break. For the past few weeks, the Safari departments prepared for the big day. The employees showed extraordinary creativity, preparing campaigns, election songs, signs, shirts, and speeches—all with the goal of convincing voters to vote for their candidate.
Important values: Unlike a regular election campaign, at the Safari, people didn't just vote for the animals, but also for the important values they represent: family, protection, tolerance, sustainability, and mutuality.
And these are the actual results:
Noa the leopard, value of family: 47%
Momo the tortoise, value of protection: 19%
La Petite the elephant, value of tolerance: 13%
Lucas the gorilla, value of sustainability: 12%
Macaw parrots, value of mutuality: 9%
And the winner: Noa the leopard won an impressive victory and proved that at the Safari, family is a value that succeeds in capturing hearts.
Hila Feldman Gera, Safari spokesperson: "I sum up Election Day with great satisfaction; the public enjoyed the educational stations of all the animal departments. While there is only one winner, all the values that competed today are an integral part of our daily work. The elections are an opportunity to celebrate the love for animals, teamwork, and our commitment to preserving nature and the animal world."
In conclusion: Election Day turned into a real celebration, with a joyful atmosphere, friendly competition, great enthusiasm from the employees, and above all—an opportunity to highlight the values that guide the work of the Safari and its staff throughout the year.
