'The Art of Living in ADHD Style': Galit Yatzpan in a New Lecture at Ofer Ramat Aviv Mall

Galit Yatzpan, a lecturer for organizations and a therapist in private practice, is now launching a new lecture titled “The Art of Living in ADHD Style,” a combination of personal insights, self-deprecating humor, and original perspectives on topics of relationships, parenting, career, and private life. 

As part of the cultural event series organized by Ofer Ramat Aviv Mall, which hosts lecturers with high-quality content for extraordinary meetings with intellectuals, media personalities, and experts in various fields, a first meeting will be held with Galit Yatzpan, a CBT therapist using creative tools in the fields of ADHD, anxiety, and social difficulties.

The lecture will be held on Wednesday, February 25, at 7:30 PM. At the center of the evening will be her fascinating lecture dealing with life with attention deficit disorder and deep, relevant questions for all of us: identity, difference, connecting to ourselves, and the ability to love who we truly are. The lecture examines what happens when a person feels they are not adapted to the world, or that the world is not adapted to them, and offers a fresh, human, and humorous perspective on finding a unique voice, personal style, and a way of life that respects human complexity.

During the lecture, Galit Yatzpan touches on topics such as: building a beneficial relationship with ourselves, using humor as a tool for emotional regulation and dealing with anger and frustration, and the ability to develop creative solutions for daily challenges in life, work, and relationships. 

The meeting with Galit will take place on Wednesday, 25.02.26, at 7:30 PM at Café Albert.
