Who among us doesn't love Tnuva cottage cheese - one of the most iconic and popular products in the Israeli kitchen? Cafe Greg and Tnuva are launching a collaboration, in which during November, a limited-edition menu, based entirely on Tnuva cottage cheese - one of the most iconic and popular products in the Israeli kitchen - will be served in all Cafe Greg branches throughout the country.

In the last two years, cottage cheese has become one of the biggest hits on social media, with thousands of videos, recipes and viral versions, showing a variety of dishes based on the beloved Israeli cheese. Millions of surfers around the world are rediscovering the most Israeli cheese in a variety of recipes - from savory pastries to desserts.

The special menu is served in all branches of the chain from November 1st to November 30th.

Among the dishes that will be launched on the new menu, intended for all hours of the day, you can get hot and cold dishes: Cheese and Cottage Cheese Arancini: Arborio rice in long cooking, cheeses and cottage cheese in a crispy coating, placed on cottage cheese cream, tomato and herb salsa, reduced balsamic, olive oil and parmesan; Cacio e Pepe - Cottage Cheese Version: Wide pasta in garlic butter, cottage cheese, parmesan and ground black pepper; Cheese and Cottage Cheese Tartar: Cottage cheese, mozzarella fresca, crumbled Bulgarian cheese, crushed tomatoes, radish, green leaves and olive oil. Yair Malka, Gilad Almog and Nir Adri, owners of the Cafe Greg chain: "We at Greg constantly strive to innovate and excite the Israeli consumer. The collaboration with Tnuva around the most Israeli product there is - cottage cheese, is a way to connect a contemporary culinary experience to an iconic and everyday product. We invite everyone to come and taste the cottage cheese - like you've never tasted it before."

Tami Asheheim, director of the Tnuva Chef division: "Tnuva cottage cheese is one of the company's flagship products and in the food market in general - a symbol of beloved Israeli taste. Beyond being a classic ingredient in breakfast, the collaboration with Greg chain illustrates how cottage cheese has become in the last two years a central and surprising raw material in culinary dishes - thanks to its beloved texture and delicate taste, which allows chefs and consumers at home to create countless creative and updated versions from it, giving the dishes a unique Israeli taste."
