New sections are being added to the buffet, alongside the introduction of special items to the menu, which features a diverse and delicious spread and especially rich dishes served à la carte.

Since its inception, Café 65—located in the 65 Boutique Hotel (65 Rothschild Blvd., Tel Aviv), part of the Atlas Hotels chain—has been one of the first heralds of the new wave of Tel Aviv brunch meals, offering a diverse and elegant buffet alongside generous main courses served à la carte. This week, unique dishes for immigrants from the former Soviet Union are being added, with which, along with plenty of alcohol (at the Café 65 buffet, you can pour vodka and other drinks, free of charge), they will celebrate Novy God tonight.

These days, as the café celebrates its tenth anniversary, the venue is being renewed with new sections added to the buffet, alongside the addition of special dishes to the menu. The result is an even richer and fuller experience of the most luxurious and lavish meal of the day, served in one of the central corners of Rothschild Boulevard, visible from the half-height balcony overlooking the avenue.

Café 65 Brunch: The brunch, served throughout the week, offers a structured, fixed-price meal at NIS 155 per diner. This includes a wide-ranging buffet, hot and cold drinks (including natural juices, unlimited Mimosa and Cava, and even a frozen Aperol Spritz aperitif), and a choice of a hot individual main course. The colorful, European-chic buffet features fresh salads, fine soft and hard cheeses, fresh and pickled fish, a health corner, a selection of bagels and focaccias, and savory and sweet breakfast pastries.

Alongside the familiar and beloved Sabich station, where guests can fill a small pita bread with all the fixings, the “Levinsky Corner Rothschild” station has been established. This station features warm, crisp cheese-filled Bourekas, served with a hard-boiled egg, tomato paste, hot sauce, and pickles. Another innovation is a selection of changing individual plates, such as Artichoke à la Romana with a Labaneh ball, baked beet on a bed of cashew cream, egg salad on bruschetta, baked kohlrabi slices with yuzu juice, and roasted peppers and feta cheese.

Ordered to the Table: Guests are invited to choose a hot individual dish, such as Gouda croissant toast with almond butter, spinach, and a fried egg; Green Shakshuka—long-cooked Swiss chard and spinach with goat yogurt; French Toast—brioche, forest fruit jam, pear in wine, and whipped cream. Alongside the timeless classics, changing daily special dishes are being added to the menu, such as Schnitzel Egg Brioche—brioche bread, mushroom and caramelized onion ragout, Camembert cheese, and a soft egg fried in Panko coating with Hollandaise sauce; Frittata with mixed cheeses, sweet potato, and potato; and Eggs Benedict on mini challah—spinach cream, smoked salmon, poached eggs, Hollandaise foam, and green beans.

The brunch is served between 07:00-13:00, and on Friday and Saturday until 14:00.
