Tteokbokki, handmade ramen, and Dan Dan Noodles: Instead of fixed menus, the audience will be exposed each week to a different culinary culture, carefully selected to reflect the most sought-after dishes in the world.

The Asian trend, which continues to change the face of cuisine in the world's capitals and constantly generates new trends, is landing in Israel in January 2026, with a series of pop-ups featuring Far Eastern dishes based on a meticulous chef's interpretation of street food.

Throughout January, every Thursday and Friday, the rotating series will operate, showcasing the peak of contemporary Asian cuisine. The venture is built around the evolution of Eastern kitchens, from traditional street dishes to versions that have gone viral on the international stage. Instead of fixed menus, the audience will be exposed each week to a different culinary culture, carefully selected to reflect the most sought-after dishes in the world.

The month will open on January 8-9 with "Kimchi'z," featuring Korean cuisine including Tteokbokki, noodle soups, and traditional street desserts. Following them, on January 15-16, Tom Shamir's pop-up "TomTom Ramen" will be hosted, specializing in handmade ramen in chicken and vegan versions.

In the third week, on January 22-23, the pop-up "Gandhi" from the Indira establishment will feature a modern and meticulous interpretation of Chicken Tikka, curry, and Indian Samosa. The series will be concluded by Chef Lilach Raveh on January 29-30. Raveh will bring the deep flavors of Chinese cuisine to the forefront with the famous Dan Dan Noodles dish, alongside dumplings with diverse fillings prepared using traditional, manual steaming techniques. This is a rare opportunity to taste Raveh's unique interpretation of elevated and precise Chinese street food.

The culinary project, curated by Gil Gotkin, will be hosted at Rananim Mall during the weekends of January 2026 (Thursday/Friday), from the 8th to the 30th throughout January, featuring a variety of dishes up to 55 NIS per dish, with free entry.
