Fun Family Cruise with "Israel-Yam," along the Red Sea Coast

Parents enjoy themselves no less than the children—marveling at the corals and fish through the glass floor, viewing Eilat from the sea, glancing toward Aqaba in Jordan and the Egyptian border, enjoying Yisrael's interesting explanations, and relaxing in a light sea breeze.

Don't miss out on a fun and bonding family attraction when you are visiting Eilat: a cruise along the Red Sea coast aboard the **'Israel-Yam' ship**. This is a fun family experience in Eilat, aboard the 'Israel-Yam' cruise ship, hosted by Captain Yisrael and his son Shlomi. I have done this more than once on the spacious and comfortable ‘Israel-Yam’ ship, and the cruise is always highly enjoyable.

Israel-Yam, Eilat's glass-bottom boats, offer cruises in vessels with glass bottoms along the Red Sea coast. During the cruise, passengers admire the beauty of the diverse marine life and the colorful coral reserves in the Gulf of Eilat.

In the approximately two-hour fascinating voyage, you pass the Jordanian border and the Egyptian border. The journey continues to the Coral Reserve and the Japanese Gardens, offering a spectacular view through 40 giant panoramic windows located about 2 meters below sea level. The trip concludes with a delightful encounter with the dolphins at the Reef (clap your hands, and then, if you are lucky…). For extreme sports enthusiasts, Israel Yam also offers a fast speedboat ride along the Gulf.

It's hard to decide if the children or the adults enjoy it more, but there is no doubt that this cruise is a fun experience suitable for all ages. The ship can also be used to organize family, social, and festive events for up to 220 people. There is a buffet, and during the voyage, you will be treated to drinks, a light meal, and snacks.
