Make-A-Wish Israel has been operating in Israel since 1996 and is part of an international organization whose mission is to fulfill the heart's desires of children suffering from life-threatening illnesses. In fulfilling a wish, Make-A-Wish seeks to provide the child and their family with beneficial experiences of joy and laughter during the most difficult period of their lives, along with the strength to cope with difficult treatments. The foundation fulfills wishes for sick children aged three to eighteen.
This year, the association celebrates 30 years of activity and marks the milestone of fulfilling over 6,000 life-changing wishes for sick children.
