Carlton Tel Aviv Hotel Launches Pop Up by Carlton TLV

In the sign of six: During the months of November and December, the Carlton Tel Aviv Hotel will host six leading chefs, each of whom will create a unique hospitality experience inspired by their culinary world, in collaboration with six Israeli wineries. The series will offer rotating chef meals, menus built specifically for the event, and a meticulous wine experience in an intimate format of up to 50 diners per evening.

The Carlton Tel Aviv Hotel, one of Israel's leading luxury hotels, continues to expand its activity in the culinary arena and launches Pop Up by Carlton TLV—a series of culinary and wine events taking place between November 3 and December 10, 2026, bringing together six chefs with different cooking styles and six Israeli wineries under one roof.

As part of the project, the hotel will become a rotating culinary stage, where every week a different chef will be hosted and present a menu created specifically for the event series. Each chef will bring their signature culinary language, their personal interpretation of raw materials, and their unique story, alongside wines from an Israeli winery selected to accompany the experience. The series will bring together diverse culinary worlds, from the Mediterranean and its rich produce, through a kitchen that puts vegetables at the center, cooking over an open fire, and flavors inspired by the Silk Road, to Galilean cuisine and the art of handling meat.

The events will take place in an intimate format, with a limited number of seats up to 60 diners each evening, and will include an opening cocktail, a chef's meal, and wines to accompany the experience, along with an alcoholic dessert drink. All menus will be adapted for kashrut, allowing the kosher-observant public to be exposed to the culinary worlds of the participating chefs.

Alongside the option to reserve a place for the chef meals, the Carlton Tel Aviv Hotel also offers a unique couple's hospitality package, combining a culinary experience with an urban vacation facing the sea. The package includes an overnight stay for two in the five-star hotel, a special chef's meal as part of Pop Up by Carlton TLV accompanied by wines from an Israeli winery, and a rich breakfast facing the sea the following morning. This allows guests to enjoy an extraordinary culinary evening and continue it into a vacation.
