"Chez Vivie" Restaurant Prepares for the Rainy Season

After a period in which Chef Asaf Gabai established the flavors and precise cooking style that is identified with him, he adds another wintry and particularly comforting kick to the menu of the "Chez Vivie" restaurant, his famous onion soup.

The onion soup is based on a deep and rich beef broth, melted provolone cheese that adds depth and smoky flavors, and a crispy brioche that absorbs the soup and still maintains a perfect crunch. It's a dish that feels like a short trip to France and at the same time the most accurate for Tel Aviv.

Now, the onion soup is added to the menu at a price of 58 ₪, as a warming addition or a perfect appetizer for an intimate dinner, just in time, and it comes right in the week when the rain and coolness have arrived.
